Very nice condo and centrally located to the waterfront. The balcony overlooks the battleship NC and the River. Parking was not on the property, but within 2 blocks. We enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington and our accommodations were just perfect.

The condo was nice and clean. Would have preferred a full size to be able to cook.

Wonderful layout, very clean. Fantastic view. Host was very informative and extremely responsive.

A beautiful unit exactly as described. Great views and a great location. Communication with Gene was excellent. Having coffee and some candy was wonderful. Highly recommend.
