Was toch heel fijne vakantie en dichtbij veel Positive: De lokatie Negative: Airco .. heel luid . Ovenplaten vuil ! Ja en man die bijbel mo en Av luid leest onder terras , elke dag ! Psychiatrie denk ik maar toch vervelend als je op je terrasje wil . 1 stoel kapot daar

The location was definitely the best part of this rental and made it convenient to get around. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing.The listing advertises a king bed, which was the main reason we booked this unit, but the bed is actually a queen. This was misleading and disappointing from the start. When we contacted the host, there wasn’t even an apology. Instead, we were simply told we could receive a refund and find another place to stay. Since this was Fourth of July weekend and we were traveling with a toddler and an infant, finding another rental on such short notice wasn’t a realistic option.The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The floors were very dirty, and all of the utensils, plates, pots, and pans had to be washed before we could use them. We were not provided with enough towels, and there wasn’t even a small amount of laundry detergent available to wash and reuse them.The air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom and is extremely loud making it difficult to sleep, especially with two young children.Because the unit is on a lower floor, there was also a significant amount of outside noise. The balcony was filthy and even had a wasp nest attached to the ceiling, so we couldn’t even enjoy the outdoor space. And there’s a tree right in front blocking most of the view. There are much better units in the same building available for the same price or even less, that are cleaner and more accurately represented.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the space overall—I’d give it an 8/10. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The host also had a message board inside with a personal welcome, which was a really thoughtful touch. The only downsides were the overwhelming amount of communication (I received 13 messages between text and email in less than 24 hours, which was a lot to keep up with while traveling), and the difficulty with unlocking the door—it took a few tries to get in and ultimately ended up needed to contact the owner for entry. Also, parking is in a garage about a block and a half away, and the designated unloading zone only has one spot. If it’s taken, you have to wait, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you are close to the check out time and not unwanting any late check out fees. Overall, though, it was a great stay and I would recommend it with a few heads-ups!
