Great stay! Great location!! Some issues with the HVAC being loud which were immediately addressed by host.

Convenient to historic downtown is a plus. Felt communication could have been easier but both sides pulled it off.

It was wonderful. Wilmington is a fun walking town with much to do and see. Our place was clean and mostly quiet.
